RistVue has a number of lots
with views of the RistVue Ranch. The historic RistVue
ranch is a 180 acres of grassland in a mountain valley bound
to the east and west by mountain ridges. The ranch house
dates fro the 1880's and is still used. There is a half
acre pond feed by a year round stream adjacent to the ranch
house. A small herd of cattle graze the grassland in the
summer. These are watered from a year round natural
spring as well as an intermittent cattle pond.
